How to Book Your Holiday

We do not offer direct on-line booking.  Why?  We feel it is important to make contact with clients to discover what their holiday requirements are.   We know  the accommodation  that we offer for holiday rental and try to match the accommodation to suit the client.

The first step: Contact us either by phone or complete our enquiry form which will send an email with your requirements to us.

Step 2: We will confirm details of availability and price of your choice of accommodation.

Step 3: If you are happy to proceed we will then require a deposit from you.  We will then send you confirmation of your booking and an invoice for the balance of payment to be paid nearer the time of departure.

Step 4:  When the balance of payment is made we will send you your holiday documentation and details of directions, holiday tips for the region etc.

Your Holiday Information:

When we receive your final payment we send you a CD containing:

• Driving directions from Girona**, Barcelona and Perpignan Airports to the key collection offices for clients flying to the Costa Brava.
• Driving directions from motorways to the key collection offices if you are driving to the Costa Brava.
• Late arrival procedures for the different property managers. If you are delayed for any reason you don't have to worry as all of the contact details and key collection arrangements are listed including phone numbers and mobile phone numbers.
• Printable booklets containing local area information from our knowledge and from the very useful feedback we receive from previous clients.
• Golf Information with details of courses, prices etc.
• A photo gallery of places you might like to visit.
• Details of local markets and the days to visit them!
• Plus more  - - as we add extra information as we receive it!

** Also  in mp3 format with spoken directions suitable for iPods and mp3 players.

You are also sent a tourist map of the region supplied by the Catalunya Tourist Board to help you navigate around the region. The map also features comprehensive tips of places to visit.

When you’ve sent an email you can expect to hear back from us within 24 hrs or you can call us 7 days a week. If our office is unmanned you can leave a message as messages and emails are checked regularly out of normal office hours.
