Local Beaches

The Costa Brava offers you a choice of long, sweeping, sandy beaches like those along the Bay of Roses and Platja de Pals or rocky coves enclosing sandy or shingle beaches. Calella de Palafrugell has 8 beaches ranging from 20 metres to 200 metres in length.

BOAT HIRE

If you really want to appreciate the beauty of the coastline and visit the beaches and coves inaccessible from the land you could hire a boat.

For example, Sport Nautic in Palamos have a range of sports boats for hire starting at 152€ for a day's rental. Please note that it is possible that you will need a boat licence, depending on the size/power of the boat you intend to hire.
