These apartments are in an ideal location for the beach lover being next to El Raco beach. Nearby there are shops, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The apartments are laid out in an extended "L" shape enclosing the car park which has designated parking places for each apartment. Ground floor apartments have small garden/patio areas to sit out at and the upper levels have balconies.

The example apartment has one bedroom, lounge/dining area, kitchen and bathroom. The lounge leads out onto a small patio area with garden furniture and a lawn area. There is a low wall surrounding the apartments and there are small gates leading out to the beach. The bedroom has twin beds and a large built-in wardrobe. The lounge has a comfortable sofa bed which sleeps two people, a matching easy chair, and large TV receiving local channels. The pine dining table will seat four comfortably. The kitchen has double sink, gas cooker with four rings and oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen has an open hatch into the lounge area. There are sliding glass doors in the lounge opening out on to the patio. The lounge and bedroom both have security shutters which drop down over the doors. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, washbasin with large mirror, WC and bidet

Each apartment has a designated space in the car park at the rear of the apartments.

About 300 metres from the apartments there are restaurants, pizzeria, mini-golf, trampolines,shops, newsagents and bars. The area has many places of interest, historical, cultural and commercial. Sports are well catered for with 3 golf courses nearby, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, diving and flights in microlight aircraft all within a short distance. There is a large aquapark further down the coast and glass bottomed boats and sea trips in L'Estartit. Retail therapy can be achieved through the local ceramic ware, jewellery and local markets. For serious shoppers a trip to Playa D'Aro for fashion and leather goods or better still a trip to Barcelona beckons. This can be combined with a visit to all the sights Barcelona has on offer including a must for football fans to see Nou Camp, Barcelona's famous stadium. Golfers are especially well provided for with 3 courses within a 10 minute drive and Club de Golf Pals virtually on the doorstep. We are able to offer discounted green fees at all local courses.

Prices shown are for one week self-catering and include linen and towels. These are apartment prices and not per person. Please note there is a refundable deposit of 150€ at time of key collection.
