Llafranc

Llafranc bay almost forms a perfect semicircle and the village extends up the hillsides and almost up to the lighthouse of Sant  Sebastia which  dominates the headland. The viewpoint here provides breathtaking views of Llafranc and the coastline. At night time the view is even more spectacular with myriad lights from the nearby  villages and far away towns visible.

 

The beach is sandy and quite wide and is bordered by a range of hotels, restaurants, cafes and shops. In high season  the one-way system can create tailbacks and parking can be limited. If you drive to the far end by the fishing harbour there is a small roundabout to manoeuvre before returning as there is no road through at this point.
