The Mar D'or apartment complex is one of Estartit's finest complexes. Situated only 500 m from the beach. The fantastic pool complex speaks for itself. All the apartments in the complex are privately owned. We are lucky enough to have an extended range of apartments. 3 bedroom penthouse apartments, sleep 6-8 Our 3 bedroom penthouse apartments are firm favourites with regular clients. These are apartments on two levels which offer fabulous space and facilities:

Style 1:

• 1st floor consists of an american style kitchen with living and dining area leading onto a balcony (not pool facing).
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 twin bedroom
• main bathroom with jacuzzi bath
• A spiral staircase leads to the second level.
  2nd floor:
• 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower room
• 2 roof terraces (one pool facing) with BBQ and sun canopy
• Air conditioning on both levels.
• Satellite TV.
  
  Style 2:
   
• 1st floor consists of an american style kitchen with living and dining area leading onto a balcony (pool facing).
• 1 twin bedroom
• 1 small twin bedroom
• main bathroom with jacuzzi bath
• A spiral staircase leads to the second level.
  2nd floor:
• 1 shower room
• 1 large twin bedroom leading onto the pool facing roof terrace
• 1 roof terrace (pool facing) with BBQ and sun canopy
• Air conditioning on both levels.
• Some of the apartments have satellite TV (please ask at time of booking).
• 2 convertible beds available in lounge.

Style 3:

• 1st floor consists of an american style kitchen with living and dining area with sofa bed and leading onto a balcony (pool facing).
• 1 double bedroom
• 1 small bedroom off lounge with sofa bed
• main bathroom with jacuzzi bath
• A spiral staircase leads to the second level.
  2nd floor:
• 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room
• Roof terrace (pool facing) with furniture and sun canopy
• Sofa bed available in lounge.

Deposit: 150 euros / £100 per week

Payment can be made in euros or pounds sterling. Payments in sterling may be subject to surcharge due to change in the exchange rate.

Prices shown are for one week self-catering and include linen and towels. These are apartment prices and not per person. Please note there is a refundable deposit of 150€ at time of key collection.

Please note that peak weeks get booked quickly by returning clients so please book early to avoid disappointment.
