The apartment shown is a typical example of the 2 bedroom apartments we have available. It is well furnished with tiled floors throughout. The lounge/dining area leads out onto a balcony which has a white table and chairs for al fresco meals. The apartment is approximately 1km from the very long, sandy Pals beach and in an ideal location for local amenities.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other twin beds. There is also the possibility of using the comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom has en suite facilities and there is a separate shower room with WC. The kitchen is modern with a 4 ring electric hob, separate oven and fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine in the utility cupboard. The dining table is glass-topped with seating for 5 people. There is a cane settee and a sofa bed in the lounge area which leads out onto the balcony with plenty of room for sitting out.

The swimming pool has a children's section and has a large lawn area surrounding it. There are bench seats to sit and admire the well tended gardens.

Not far from Sa Guilla 1 is the tennis club with a pizzeria/restaurant. There is also a very welcoming cafe-bar Bar Arenal only a short distance in the direction of Pals beach. Club de Golf Pals is nearby with Serres de Pals Golf Course and Emporda Golf only a short drive away. We are able to offer reduced rate green fees at most of the golf courses in the area. Pals beach offers miles of sandy beach and also facilities for the more active holidaymaker. Sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and kayaking are all available. L'Estartit offers a choice of dive schools to experience the delights of the Medes Islands. These islands form the heart of the conservation area which protects the sea life. The medieval village of Pals is approximately 5km away. This village has been comprehensively restored and sits on a hilltop overlooking the area. The village has several very good restaurants and ceramic shops offering traditional and modern pottery. La Bisbal is the regional capital and is a major ceramic producing area.

Deposit: £100.00 / 150 euros per week

Payment can be made in euros or pounds sterling. Payments in sterling may be subject to surcharge due to change in the exchange rate.

Prices shown are for one week self-catering and include linen and towels. These are apartment prices and not per person. Please note there is a refundable deposit of 150€ at time of key collection.
