The properties we advertise are carefully chosen to offer a range of accommodation to suit all budgets and in locations which highlight the best of the Costa Brava. Depending on your budget and the type of holiday you prefer, we believe that with our knowledge of the region and of our properties we can offer the right choice to make your holiday an enjoyable experience.
We have visited all of the properties we advertise and have photographed them but the pictures featured on the website are only part of the photo library we have on each property. If you want more pictures - tell us and we'll email or post them to you.
We’ve gradually extended our portfolio by collaborating with private owners and professional property managers who want to offer a high standard of accommodation and personal service.
Where an apartment is one of several managed or owned we have tried to show an exemplar apartment of each size. For example, the Sa Guilla 2 complex in Platja de Pals, has 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. We don't show every apartment of each size but we may feature different but same size apartments if the layout or fixtures and fittings are significantly different.
If you contact us we will try to match up your requirements with our knowledge of our properties and put you in touch with the property manager/owner.
Offering a personal service is very important to us. We decided against on-line booking because we like to hear what you want from your holiday. We may even advise against booking particular properties if personal mobility is an issue. We know the properties on hills or with difficult steps to negotiate!
Pals consists of three areas. There is the restored medieval village located inland and situated on a hillside overlooking the plain. Nearer to the coast is Masos de Pals believed to be derived from Masias or farmhouses where a substantial amount of the local population live and finally Platja de Pals which is the coastal strip. This area encompasses the Club de Golf Pals which almost touches the beach and a residential area of villas, apartments, shops, restaurants and bars around the golf course and lining the beach front.
The beach is long, wide and sandy stretching north towards Estartit and south to where it ends as El Raco beach before the start of the rocky, picturesque coves for which the Costa Brava is so famous.
L’Estartit has a beautiful marina at the north end of the long, sandy beach which stretches several kilometres south towards Platja de Pals.This gently sloping beach provides an ideal location for children and adults to swim in safety with a magnificent view of the Medes Islands as a bonus.
The harbour front has a good selection of restaurants, tapas bars and shops and the tiled promenade is the place to stroll in the evening to walk off that meal or build up an appetite!
The combination of beach, marina and local amenities make this a great location for families with everything within easy walking distance.
