This villa with 2/3 bedrooms, is situated on the Torre Gran, is  an ideal family rental -  reasonably priced with great facilities. The pool has a children's area and there iis a large supermarket at the entrance of Torre Gran.  The long, sandy  beach is  only 3 km away. There is also off road parking and if you fancy walking there are some great walks into the hill side from the rear of the Urbanization which starts only about 500 meters from the property.

It  is a terraced villa located in a quiet residential development . The Villa has a terrace with access to the communal swimming pool plus a terrace at the rear of the property where you can relax after a hard day!! The living room is an area for the adults to enjoy with a separate room where the Sat TV is for the children. There is an independent kitchen off the living room fully equipped with microwave and washing machine. Upstairs you will find 2 good sized bedrooms with an extra area where 2 twin beds are situated. The pool has a children's area plus a grassed area around it for  sunbathing.

This is a great family villa as the pool is very close to the property with good space around the pool to relax.

 

Deposit: £100.00 / 150 euros

Payment can be made in euros or pounds sterling. Payments in sterling may be subject to surcharge due to change in the exchange rate.

Prices shown are for one week self-catering and include linen and towels. These are apartment prices and not per person. Please note there is a refundable deposit of 150€ at time of key collection.
