Villa 12, Golf Relax Villas - Platja de Pals

The villas, a choice of three and four bedrooms, were built in 2005 and we re-visited them in November ‘09 and were impressed to see how the gardens had matured to complement these high quality villas.

We have chosen to highlight Villa 12 as it is typical of the high standard of accommodation offered in a three bed roomed villa.. The property manager has standardised the soft furnishings, furniture and fittings throughout the villas to ensure that whatever number villa you stay in, the high quality is maintained.

 

The 3 bedroom villas have a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One twin bedroom is downstairs with a shower room /wc and the other family bathroom is upstairs.

Each villa features a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffeee machine etc. Attention to details has been excellent and the crockery, glassware and cooking utensils reflect this in both range and quality. The lounge and dining area open out onto a patio with table and chairs overlooking the pool s and lawn area

Each villa has a large  garage with storage area for bikes, boats etc.

 

Entrance is by the electronic card security system. A corridor leads to the lounge.On the right-hand side is the downstairs twin bedroom with the downstairs shower room / WC to the left. Opposite is the kitchen with a large hatch opening on to the dining area. Opposite the kitchen door are the steps leading upstairs and a door leading down to the garage / basement area. The main living area features the dining area on the left with the lounge on the right. French doors open out to the large patio area with wrought iron chairs and a table to accommodate six people.

Upstairs is the family bathroom with shower, WC, basin, bath and bidet. The master bedroom has a double bed and overlooks the pool and lawned area. Next to the master bedroom is the second twin bedroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

 

Prices include linen and towels (but not beach towels) local taxes and end of stay cleaning. A refundable security deposit of 150 euros is required at key collection.
