The apartment featured is a typical 3 bedroom apartment from this small complex which encloses a delightful garden with a swimming pool at the centre. The apartment sleeps up to 7 people and has a large balcony with great views of the Mediterranean and the Medes Islands. Local amenities are within easy walking distance including shops, bars and restaurants.

The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite, a large lounge/dining area, well-equipped kitchen, a separate shower room and a large "L" shaped balcony with garden furniture. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite facilities. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and one of these beds also has a slide out bed with mattress to make the sleeping capacity 7 people. the second bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. The kitchen is well-equipped with 4 ring halogen hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher,coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Not far from Sa Guilla 1 is the tennis club with a pizzeria/restaurant. There is also a very welcoming cafe-bar Bar Arenal only a short distance in the direction of Pals beach. Club de Golf Pals is nearby with Serres de Pals Golf Course and Emporda Golf only a short drive away. We are able to offer reduced rate green fees at most of the golf courses in the area. Pals beach offers miles of sandy beach and also facilities for the more active holidaymaker. Sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and kayaking are all available. L'Estartit offers a choice of dive schools to experience the delights of the Medes Islands. These islands form the heart of the conservation area which protects the sea life. The medieval village of Pals is approximately 5km away. This village has been comprehensively restored and sits on a hilltop overlooking the area. The village has several very good restaurants and ceramic shops offering traditional and modern pottery. La Bisbal is the regional capital and is a major ceramic producing area.
