The Sa Guilla 2 apartments are modern apartments in a small complex surrounding two swimming pools, one of which is a children's pool. They are located close to shops, bars and restaurants and overlook the local tennis club. There are lifts so that people with impaired mobility can easily access the apartments. The apartments are not far from the Club de Golf Pals and clients benefit from reduced green fees at local courses. There are three within 10 minutes drive! Changeover day in these apartments is Saturday in high season but there is more flexibility in low season. This is particularly useful to benefit from the low cost airlines operating at Girona airport only 50km away.
The apartment featured is typical of the 3 bedroom apartments we have available in this small complex. The example is on the first floor with great views over the tennis club and to the Mediterranean and Medes Islands. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, a double, a twin and a bunk bed with a pull out section on the lower bunk to form a very comfortable 7th bed. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities and there is a second shower room with WC. The kitchen has a 4 ring electric hob and separate oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine. The lounge is comfortably furnished with settees and a wall unit with a television. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have sliding glass doors onto the large terrace at the rear of the apartment. This is a sun trap and ideal place for sunbathing. The balcony extending from the lounge has more than enough room for a large white table and six chairs.

There are 2 swimming pools including a small circular pool for children. Nearby is the local tennis club which also has a pizzeria/restaurant.

Restaurant Sa Marina, which has proved very popular with our clients, is located within the complex and offers excellent meals with friendly service and sensible prices. There is also a small bakery,grocers and small medical centre close at hand.There is a very welcoming cafe-bar Bar Arenal only a short distance in the direction of Pals beach where snack meals are available in a very convivial atmosphere. Club de Golf Pals is nearby with Serres de Pals Golf Course and Emporda Golf only a short drive away. We are able to offer reduced rate green fees at most of the golf courses in the area. Pals beach offers miles of sandy beach and also facilities for the more active holidaymaker. Sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and kayaking are all available. L'Estartit offers a choice of dive schools to experience the delights of the Medes Islands. These islands form the heart of the conservation area which protects the sea life. The medieval village of Pals is approximately 5km away. This village has been comprehensively restored and sits on a hilltop overlooking the area. The village has several very good restaurants and ceramic shops offering traditional and modern pottery. La Bisbal is the regional capital and is a major ceramic producing area. The area has many places of interest, historical, cultural and commercial. Sports are well catered for with 3 golf courses nearby, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, diving and flights in microlight aircraft all within a short distance. There is a large aquapark further down the coast and glass bottomed boats and sea trips in L'Estartit. Retail therapy can be achieved through the local ceramic ware, jewellery and local markets. For serious shoppers a trip to Playa D'Aro for fashion and leather goods or better still a trip to Barcelona beckons. This can be combined with a visit to all the sights Barcelona has on offer including a must for football fans to see Nou Camp, Barcelona's famous stadium.
