This small complex of villas is located at the top of Torre Vella and has great views and backs onto the countryside. All of the villas are south facing and enjoy all day sun! The area is perfect for hiking, cycling and horse-riding or just taking a leisurely stroll. The backdrop of "Castell Montgri" and "Roca Maura" hillsides makes it an ideal location for those looking for a relaxing holiday away from the resort centre.

2 bedroom villas have a spacious living/dining area with TV(one English-speaking channel)leading out onto a terrace and private garden. Kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, gas oven and hob. Both bedrooms have twin beds and there are two convertible beds in the lounge area. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The villas have private gardens with loungers, tables, chairs and BBQs and each has a balcony. The 3 bedroom villas have the same description as the 2 bedroom villas but have an extra twin bedroom and a second bathroom.

Outside Description

The communal pool has a childrens' section and there is a childrens' play area with sand pit. The complex has security gates and private parking. There are also a selection of poolside games available for guests eg. badminton, volleyball,inflatables etc.

Local Area Details

Within walking distance is Torre Vella club which has a restaurant/bar. A vehicle is necessary for this complex. The resort of Estartit and its fabulous 5 km beach is a 5 minute drive. The Medes Islands are just offshore from Estartit. This is a marine conservation area and a centre for sub-aqua schools. There is also a centre for sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, canoeing in the town. Golfers are well catered for with a selection of superb courses within a short drive. Estartit harbour has a variety of restaurants, bars and tapas bars and the beachfront has an extensive promenade.
