Villa Ikonikoff offers 3 bedroom accommodation in the lower half of a substantial property. Ikonikoff is set in a residential area only a short distance from the beach and local shops and restaurants. Opposite the villa there is a stretch of pine woods. This is a quiet location.

Ikonikoff has good quality furniture and fittings. There are 3 bedrooms, one double room and two twin-bedded rooms. The sofa in the lounge will convert into a bed also. The kitchen has a gas hob and oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and crockery and utensils for at least six people. The lounge and dining area are tiled throughout and lead out to a very pleasant patio area with garden furniture. The bathroom features a full size bath with shower over, wc, bidet and washbasin.

Outside Description

There is a brick built barbecue to the side of the villa and a wide expanse of gravelled driveway and parking area.

Local Area Details

About 300 metres from Ikonikoff there are restaurants, pizzeria, mini-golf, trampolines,shops, newsagents and bars. The area has many places of interest, historical, cultural and commercial. Sports are well catered for with 3 golf courses nearby, sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, diving and flights in microlight aircraft all within a short distance. There is a large aquapark further down the coast and glass bottomed boats and sea trips in L"Estartit. Retail therapy can be achieved through the local ceramic ware, jewellery and local markets. For serious shoppers a trip to Playa D"Aro for fashion and leather goods or better still a trip to Barcelona beckons. This can be combined with a visit to all the sights Barcelona has on offer including a must for football fans to see Nou Camp, Barcelona"s famous stadium. Golfers are especially well provided for with 3 courses within a 10 minute drive and Club de Golf Pals virtually on the doorstep. We are able to offer discounted green fees at all local courses.

Deposit: 100

Prices quoted include local taxes, bed linen and towels (but not beach or pool towels)and end of stay cleaning. A refundable deposit of 150 euros is payable on arrival. Please note that the price is for the villa and not per person.
