This two bedroom ground floor apartmentment is located in the Mar D"Or apartment complex only 500 metres from the long, sandy beach of L"Estartit which overlooks the Medes Islands. The apartment benefits from a delightful, private garden leading straight out from the living room and terrace.

The apartment has two twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The living/dining area has modern furniture, satellite TV with some English-speaking channels and DVD player. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full oven, hob, fridge freezer etc. The bathroom features a full size bath with shower over and washing machine.

Within walking distance there are a variety of bars and restaurants and local shop selling Spanish and UK products. L"Estartit"s magnificent golden sandy beach stretches 5 kms along the coast to Platja de Pals and is separted in the middle by the River Ter. The beach shelves gently into the sea making it an ideal choice for families and the size of the beach means even in high season it does not become over crowded!! The resort itself has a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainments to suit all ages and tastes. For a more traditional Catalan feel the church square down to the harbour offers a variety of bars & restaurants offering local cuisine and tapas. With many many festivals held throughout the year in Catalunya you will find the local dance of the "Sardanes" a regular feature in the church square. Firework displays, parades, live music and much more are also regular features throughout the summer calender.

A refundable deposit of 150€ is required at time of key collection. Please note that peak weeks get booked quickly by returning clients so please book early to avoid disappointment.
