The featured apartment is in a residential area of Calella in a quiet location.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with twin beds. One bathroom has a bath with shower over and shower curtain, WC, bidet and washbasin with a mirrored cabinet. There is also a shower room with shower tray with curtain, WC, washbasin and mirrored cabinet. The lounge and dining area is a light, spacious area with glass doors opening out onto the balcony. This overlooks the swimming pool, which is horse-shoe shaped,and the extensive gardens. The balcony has garden furniture, table and chairs. The lounge has a large three seater settee which makes into an extra bed and two matching cane two seater settees covered in cheerful yellow and green upholstery. The dining table is cane framed with a glass top and has matching cane chairs. The kitchen area is at the rear of the dining area and features a breakfast bar. The kitchen units are cream with white worktops. There is a 4 ring ceramic hob with an electric oven,microwave, fridge/freezer,washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Local Area Details

Within walking distance there are bars/restaurants with entertainment. The sea front at Calella is very attractive with several little beaches interspersed with rocky outcrops ideal for snorkelling. Eight are described by the tourist board as places of interest. The beaches are generally coarse sand and vary from 20 metres to 200 metres in length. There are many bars and restaurants in the area. There are botanical gardens and even the local tourist board is located in a building that was previously used by fishermen to dye their nets! Further afield are Girona and Barcelona which is served by an excellent train service from Flaca. Hiring a car or driving to this destination opens up a whole range of opportunities to see the cultural and sporting diversity of this region.
