These modern linked villas are set in a crescent shape with shared gardens and swimming pool. This is a quiet location with parking directly outside your front door. The owner has taken care to ensure that the villas are decorated and furnished to a high standard with all modern amenities.
Villa 43 has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two each have two twin beds. There are two bathrooms one is en-suite for the master bedroom and there is also a WC on the ground floor. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC, washbasin and large mirror over.
The lounge is very comfortably furnished with a feature fireplace and views over the garden. The lounge opens out the dining area with a round wooden dining table with four high back chairs. Doors from here open out to the patio and garden.
The kitchen has marble worktops, oval ceramic double sink, large fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic 4 ring hob with oven below, microwave, dishwasher, juicer and toaster. White kitchen units contain ample crockery and cooking utensils.
There is garden furniture, table and chairs for the patio. At the moment the grass area is not fully established but will soon become an attractive play and sunbathing area.

Llafranch is situated in a cove between rock outcrops. There is a small harbour and curving, sandy beach in a picturesque setting. Behind the beach there are small hotels and restaurants and a small square. As could be expected there are diving schools and a specialist school for snorkelling close by. Water sports in general are well served here and there are marvellous walks along the coastline with spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
A short drive away there is a choice of golf courses ranging from championship courses to pitch and putt.
