The villas are individually owned, each furnished differently and our details are a compilation of four villas. Access is from the El Delphin Verde turnoff on the road between Pals and Torroella de Montgri. Opposite this turning is Club de Golf Emporda. The villas are to the right of El Delphin Verde campsite via un unmade road. Most of the villas have low maintenance gardens with attractive plants and trees on a pebble or shale base. The villas are in rows with the swimming pools and play areas in enclosed grounds at the end of the rows.

Villa 73 is a typical 3 bedroom villa. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds giving a sleeping capacity of six people. The second bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. The kitchen has a ceramic 4 ring hob with an oven underneath, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board. The lounge has a feature fireplace, three seater settee brightly upholstered, dark wood ottoman chest and a TV cabinet. The dining area has a round, dark wood dining table with four matching chairs and a dark wood dresser opposite. Outside there is a white plastic dining table and six matching chairs and two white sun loungers. The garden is enclosed by a fence covered with brush matting for privacy.

Outside Description

At the end of the rows of villas there is an enclosed, grassed area with swimming pools and a children's play area.

Local Area Details

The villas are almost equidistant between Torroella de Montgri and Pals which both have large supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity except those of Camping El Delphin Verde. There are several golf courses within a short drive varying from championship standard to an excellent pitch and putt course. Pals beach offers sailing, windsurfing and kite boarding and there is also a Tennis Club with bar/restaurant. In L'Estartit, a few minutes drive away there are opportunities to learn to scuba dive, visit the marine nature reserve in a glass bottom boat or take a boat trip along the coast. The harbour also has restaurants and bars offering a mixture of local and international cuisine. A good place to sit with a drink and tapas and watch the boats. There is a childrens fun park on the outskirts of L'Estartit and a go-cart track. At Playa D'Aro there is a big water park called Aqua Diver and a great variety of shops for those needing some retail therapy! At Flaca you can take the excellent train service to Barcelona - cheap fares and good trains.
