This apartment is set above and to the rear of the restaurant below and has a very large balcony with views across to the sea and nearby swimming pool. Clients staying in this apartment also have access to this pool. The road from the apartment to the beach features an esplanade of shops on the right handside and private villas to the left.

The apartment has two bedrooms each with twin beds and there is a sofa bed in the lounge area. The lounge is to the rear of the apartment with views across to the sea. The bedrooms lead out to the large balcony with views down to the sea and across to the swimming pool. Below the balcony there is a canopy forming the covered dining area of the restaurant below. The kitchen has a cooker with a 4 ring hob, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer. Guests using the apartment have access to a private swimming pool directly opposite.

Local Area Details

Within easy walking distance of the apartment there is an esplanade of shops, bars and restaurants. Golfers will appreciate the proximity of Club de Golf Pals which is nearby. Serres de Pals course and Emporda Golf are also within a short drive. The beach overlooks the Medes Islands marine conservation area and boat trips are available in nearby Estartit. The River Ter offers good fishing at Torroella de Montgri. The main beach at Pals also offers a wide variety of watersports including, sailing, windsurfing, kite-boarding and kayaking. There are tennis courts available at the Pals tennis club a few hundred metres away.
