A South facing sun terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool, spend your evenings just relaxing, barbequing and drinking ’al fresco’. There is parking for residents and guests.
This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
Please note : In July & August changeover days are Saturdays. During the rest of the year we can be flexible so that clients can take advantage of budget, mid-week flights (Girona airport is 25 minutes drive).

S’Agaró is close to the bustling marina of Playa D’Aro with it’s sophisticated shopping and just a short drive from the port of St Feliu de Guixols with its renowned Sunday market. Any drive of 10 minutes or more along the coast will bring you in contact with some of the most beautiful coves and unspoilt sandy bays (calas) in all of Spain. Head inland, past Spanish vineyards, into the Pyrenees where you can enjoy quality skiing resorts in the Winter (Vallter 2000, La Molina, Masella) and breath-taking mountain walks around various National Parks in the Summer. France is just 45 minutes away with its own world to explore.
There is a fabulous choice of beaches just a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Sant Pol Beach (400 metres away) has a long, curved sweep of fine, pale golden sand with shallow waters, a few grassy dunes, Victorian-style changing huts and boats moored at the East end. Sun beds and parasols are for hire, plus sailing, kayaks, catamarans, windsurfing and pedalloes. A selection of cafes and restaurants back the beach. The ¼-mile-long Sa Conca private beach (500 metres away) is just round the corner and proves very popular with young families; snack bar and toilets available. A host of activities are available nearby including - Golf, Water Sports, Scuba Diving, Children’s play area, Waterpark (5 mins), Designer Shopping, Skiing (approx. 2 hours), Fishing, Biking routes and even a Site-seeing mini-train.

Deposit: 30%
A booking deposit of 30% is payable to confirm your
reservation. The balance and a refundable deposit of
£100 to be paid six weeks prior to holiday departure
date. The apartment location and local management
details will be sent to you when your final payment is
received.
In July & August changeover days are Saturdays. During the rest of the year we can be flexible so that clients can take advantage of budget, mid-week flights. The apartment can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
The apartment must be vacated by 11am local time on
day of departure. Children are welcome but not pets or
smokers. Bath towels, hand towels and bed linen are all
provided free of charge. Guests will need to supply their
own pool and beach towels.
