We are pleased to offer an excellent two bedroom apartment which can sleep up to six people in two bedrooms in the popular and picturesque resort of Alvor. The apartment is privately owned on a private complex and has the highest standard of facilities. The apartment has an oversized balcony overlooking the large central pool and a side view towards the sea. The complex has a reception , large pool and a childrens pool. The apartment is situated on the second floor and is served by two lifts or stairs. The grounds and gardens within the complex are one of the best in the region ideal for a relaxing and peaceful holiday.In all a really first-class and peaceful complex.

This spacious apartment has two bedrooms, the master bedroom having a full en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have top of the range orthopaedic mattresses. The lounge has a table with TV, a convertable couch/settee, two further chairs and a dining table and full dining set for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee- maker, express boiler and toaster. The oversized patio/balcony overlooks the pool and has a side view towards the popular Torralta beach. It has a six seater diner table and chairs plus two pool chairs.

Outside Description

The complex has a reception and the main entrance is quite enchanting with pale brown marble and a distinctive almost colonial look to it. It has a voice intercom to the apartment for your security. The large swimming pool is a major feature and includes a wet bar. The gardens, paths and grounds are some of the best in the region and will further mature in time. The grounds are private and it is a peaceful and relaxing home.

Local Area Details

Alvor is a lovely picturesque resort steeped in history. It has soft sandy beaches and excellent seafood and general restaurants, plenty of shops and bars. Within five minutes walk are some restaurants and mini-markets and the centre of Alvor is 15-20 minutes walk away. For golf enthusiasts several international class golf courses are in the vicinity. The marina is a popular spot and has a fresh fish market in the morning. A little futher afield is the Moorish walled town of Silves and the Spanish border can be reached in just over an hour. There are watersports available on the beaches including windsurfing, para gliding and sailing.
