We are delighted to be able to offer for 2007 this magnificent villa with its own pool, which will sleep up to 12 people but can be booked by smaller groups.
The owners have their own private studio apartment and are pleased to offer a choice of full board, bed & breakfast or self-catering for small groups.
Situated in the residential area "Mas Pere" it is less than 5 minutes drive to the pretty, historic, castled village of Calonge. San Antoni beach is only 5 minutes drive and close by is Palamos port and its beach.Playa D'Aro beach and the fishing harbour town of San Feliu are within 15 minutes drive in the other direction.
This villa is an ideal location for groups, particularly golfers who have a choice of local courses.
The accommodation has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate WC. The superb master bedroom is en-suite and has a lovely sea view.
The villa also has a further self-contained apartment on the ground floor for 4 adults in 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( one en-suite), kitchen, lounge/diner and patio and terrace.
This extra facility makes the property suitable for two or three large families or groups of twelve.
