Apartment Catalonia 2-4 is air-conditioned and on the 2nd floor of a modern complex. The apartment faces the sea and has superb views over the beach and Medes Islands from the lounge, bedroom 1 and the balcony. The apartment has two bedrooms with twin beds with a bathroom between.Below the apartment to the left is a good restaurant and there are several others within easy walking distance.

The apartment has air-conditioning throughout. It is bright and airy and accommodates four adults in comfort. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, two ring hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, juicer and toaster. There is a full size fridge with freezer compartment. In the living area there is a cane two seater settee and two matching armchairs. The dining table has cane seats for four people and there is a round table on the balcony with four matching chairs. The apartment has satellite TV with BBC1, BBC2 and ITV available. If you bring your Sky card with you more channels can be obtained. Both bedrooms have twin beds and a fold-up bed is available if required. Bedroom 1 has superb views over the beach with direct access to the balcony which extends the width of the apartment. There is a built-in wardrobe with good storage space. Bedroom 2 also has twin beds with a built-in wardrobe. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning operated by remote handsets. Having stayed in the apartment we can recommend it to families or groups who want easy access to local facilities and the beach. You won't get a better view in Estartit. Parking is in designated slots in front of the complex. Access to the apartment is via the stairs or lift.

Local Area Details

Estartit or L'Estartit is a resort which has a lot to offer. It is located at the foot of a rock outcrop which submerges and re-appears as the group of Medes Islands a famous marine conservation area popular with divers and snorkellers. Access to Estartit is via Torroella de Montgri as there is no road directly north or south of the resort. Estartit has a superb marina fronted by restaurants, bars and shops and benefits from a long, wide sandy beach which stretched south for several kilometres. The resort has a mixture of hotels and apartments well served by shops, bars and restaurants and offers great opportunities for strolling the long promenade in the evening and visiting the long shopping street just behind the promenade. Estartit is a magnet for water sports enthusiasts and has several companies offering boat trips out to the islands and along the typical Costa Brava coastline. Golfers have a choice of several courses only a short drive away including Emporda Golf, Golf Platja de Pals, Golf Serres de Pals and Pitch & Putt Gualta. We can offer discounted green fees on all of these courses.
