Villa Zante will sleep 8 in comfort and is an ideal base for a family holiday or for perhaps two families to share. It is also an ideal location for golfers being located directly at this prestigious golf development. The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and features a large sun terrace with direct access from the lounge. Stairs from this sun terrace lead up to a further large, roof terrace benefitting from views over the golf course and sea.

The accommodation features an open plan lounge and dining area with three-seater and two-seater settees, dining table and chairs plus wall unit, coffee table and side table. Satellite TV, DVD player and CD music system are provided. From the lounge there are patio doors leading directly onto the large sun terrace which overlooks the large, private swimming pool. The separate kitchen is equipped with a four-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully tiled and has granite worktops. There is an outside utility area with washing machine and clothes airer. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobe with drawers. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, hand washbasin and bidet and is tiled throughout with quality ceramic tiles. A hairdryer is supplied. There is a safe fitted for additional security. Bedrooms two and three both have two single beds with double fitted wardrobes with drawer space. Bedroom four has two single beds and a single fitted wardrobe. The large main bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, toilet, hand washbasin, and bidet and is also completely tiled.

Outside Description

The large, private pool is 11 metres long and 5 metres wide. The tiled area around the pool has a large patio table with six chairs. There is a solar shower and also a barbecue. Sunbeds are also provided.

Local Area Details

In the immediate vicinity there is the new golf development with a hotel complex and a high standard of cuisine provided by the restaurant. A new commercial centre is a short drive away with more restaurants and bars and shopping facilities.
