It is situated on the Roca Maura hillside which is just a 2 min drive from the beach and town centre of Estartit. The villa is at the end of the cul-de sac therefore there is little movement and noise from cars. The villa has a communal pool and tennis courts. It has a private garden area and a terrace from the main living room with fantastic views of the Medes islands

Local Area Details

L'Estartit's magnificent golden sandy beach stretches 5 kms along the coast to Platja de Pals and is separated in the middle by the River Ter. The beach shelves gently into the sea making it an ideal choice for families and the size of the beach means even in high season it does not become over crowded!! The resort itself has a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainments to suit all ages and tastes. For a more traditional Catalan feel the church square down to the harbour offers a variety of bars & restaurants offering local cuisine and tapas. With many many festivals held throughout the year in Catalunya you will find the local dance of the "Sardanes" a regular feature in the church square. Firework displays, parades, live music and much more are also regular features throughout the summer calender.
